Typical Projects of Xiamen Branch

Representative project of Xiamen branch -- Xiamen Dell  

Xiamen Dell project is the key project of Fujian province and No.1 project of Xiamen city. Xiamen city mayor visited the project site twice for the project schedule situation, and the other 5 vice mayors also frequently cared about this project and held the mayor office meeting to solve the project problems.  Xiamen municipal government Secretariat and the other government bureaus gave great help to this project.

The land usage area of this project is 55160 m², and construction area is 21250.08m². EDRI undertook EPC for this project. It's a turn-key project including design, procurement and constrution.

After competition with 12 big global companies, EDRI got the bid of this project and signed the EPC contract on June 4th, 2005. Dell project put into production formally on January 2nd, 2006.

Xiamen Troch (Xiang'an) Xiahua Electronics Industrial Park project

Responsibility scope: general consultant, feasibility research study report, scheme design, initial design and shop drawing design.

Project content: phase 1 project meets the requirement of production capacity of 5 million sets and phase 2 project meets the requirement of production capacity of 8 million sets. phase 1 project occupied 420,000 m² and construciton area is 210,000 m². phase 2 project occupied 600,000m².

Xiamen Information Optoelectronic Park ABB construction project

Responsibility scope：scheme design, civil construction drawing design, mechanical installation and decoration design.

Project content: civil design of industrial corporation factory and office (client is Xiamen Torch Group Co., Ltd.), mechanical installation and decoration design (client is Xiamen ABB Swich Co., Ltd.). construction area is  23190m².
