Born on 29th of Dec. 1955 at Pinghu city of zhejiang province, graduated from Huangguqie middle school at Pinghu city on June 1969. At the same year, went to Inner Mongolia Production & Construction Corps. At December 1976, graduated from Xi’an Transportation University, afterwards went to Xi’an Mechanical University and Los Angeles University of USA for short time further study. From 1997 to 1999 at the management college of Sichuan University for post graduate study, from 2002 to March of 2005 at University of Electronics Science and Technology of China for doctor’s degree study, and got doctor’s degree at April of 2005.

Jan. of 1997: Vice president in charge of marketing and production
July of 2002: Chairman of Board of Directors and president in system reform of this year
From Oct. of 2003: Chairman of Board of Directors and president, secretary of Communist Party.

Also appointed as deputy chairman of Economic Elite Forum of China, director of China Exploration and Design Association, vice director of Thermal Utility Special Committee of China Utility Engineering Academy, director of China Utility Engineering Academy and Energy Saving Committee. Professor level senior engineer, expert with State Department special allowance. Published four monographs: “Energy Sources Science Technology and Environment Protection”, “China and Foreign Countries Design’s Tactic of Competition”, “Industry Boiler’s Technology of Energy Save and Environment Protection”, “Scientific Method”. And published thesis more than 100 pieces.
The main glories: second prize of national enterprise management modernization of inaugurate production for “Policy and Implementation of Corporation being Shareholded by Employee ”. The first session Top 100 Economic Outstanding Personality in 2003. The second session Management Elite Prize of China (2003-2004), and honored as Management Elite. Top 10 Reform and Innovation Personality at the second session of “China Reform Stars” in August of 2004. Prize of Top 10 People in Economic News in Dec. of 2004. The first session Prize of Top 10 People in News of the Asia Management & Innovation in Dec. of 2004. Significant Contribution Prize of Opening Chengdu in 2005, and the first session Significant Contribution Prize for Chengdu construction in 2005.
