Yao Wei General engineer
He was born on 23rd Mar 1963, Han nationality, from
Guiyang city Guizhou province, Chinese Communist Party member. He graduated
from University of Electronics & Science and Technology of China and majored
in solid-state electronics and assigned to EDRI¨s process engineering office
in August of that year. From Sep 1999 to Mar 2002, he carry out part time
learning in University of Electronics & Science and Technology of China in
communication and information engineering for master¨s degree. He is senior
engineer and registered consultancy engineer, gaining subsidy rewarded by
State Department.
