9:00am, vice general manager of the Park Mr. Liu Xun announced the beginning
of ceremony. Deputy major of Shanghai city Mr. Zhou Yupeng, secretary of
Party Committee of Shanghai Transportation University, secretary of Party
Committee of Shanghai Normal University, Chairman of Board of Directors of
the Park, Shanghai Development and Reform Committee, Shanghai Economic
Committee, Principal of Min Xing District, chairman of board of directors of
BCD Mr. Zhang Guowei, CEO of BCD Mr. Huang Minghao, president of China
district of BCD Mr. Sun Jiwei etc. attended the ceremony. Deputy major Mr.
Zhou had ardent speech at the ceremony, wished success of the project.
EDRI¨s president Mr. Zhao Zhenyuan and standing vice manager of Shanghai
office of EDRI Mr. Bai Yan were invited for the ceremony, and met relevant
leaders during the ceremony. President Zhao addressed that as biggest design
institute on IC engineering, EDRI will try our every effect to ensure the
successful production of 8 inches wafer fab of Shanghai Powerchip
Integration Manufacturing Corporation.
