At July 1st eve, Secretary of the Party Committee Mr. Zhao Zhenyuan is traveling on business. Through telegraph, Mr. Zhao wishes happiness to all communists and all senior comrades of EDRI at the festival of 84th anniversary of the founding of the Party. Secretary Zhao said: ”°It has been proved by history and reality that only CCP can lead Chinese people on sustained reform and development. We are confident on the future success of the party. At the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Party, all communists shall pass this significant festival per requirement of file No. 65”²2005”³. I wish all communists and senior comrades calling leading and paradigmatic play on their positions, on the target of ”°keep 600 million RMB and try for 800 million RMB of business revenue.”±
