EDRI Obtained Three Management Systems Authentication Certificates
Through
one year and 3 months of hard work, on June 5th and June 10th,
2005, EDRI obtained Quality Management System Authentication Certificate
(GB/T 19001-2000¡ªISO 9001:2000), and Environment Management System
Authentication Certificate
£¨GB/T
24001-1996¡ªISO
14001:1996£©,
and Health Safety Management System Authentication Certificate(GB/T
28001-2001) issued by Three Gorges Authentication Co., Ltd. The three
management systems authentication passing is a milestone during the process
of EDRI management system establishment, which is very helpful to enhance
EDRI company image, reinforce internal management, and promote employees
attainment, and guarantee finished product quality.
The three systems authentication work was been carried through President Mr. Zhao Zhen Yuan Speech ¨C Quality, Environment, Heath Safety Managements System authentication is a must. And, under the leadership of quality management system owner Mr. Yao Wei, EDRI Chief Engineer, and EHS management system owner Mr. He Xian Xi, EDRI Vice President, through many times of modification, the authors finished Management Manual, Work Procedure Manual, Work Documentation, and Records/Appendix.,
Documentation writing began in March, 2004. The tough job, combining three standard documents into a complete set of management systems documentation, can not be done without all EDRI great efforts. Basically, writing, learning, and internal and external auditing are the process of technology accumulation and advancement. EDRI all departments supported internal and external auditing in a timely manner, so the whole was successfully accomplished on time. Especially, under the direction of Mr. Zheng Bin Xiao, EDRI Engineering Chief Supervisor and Design Master, and full involvement, writing team and auditing team, mostly from Engineering Department, were organized. In this over one year, team members overcame many difficulties, and found all ways to finish this task. EDRI Project GC Company, Administration Office, and Safety Office also were involved a lot during the process of documentation drafting. Even the work was quite tough, all people involved still were learning, writing, modifying, continuously improve it, eventually accomplished a series of detailed management systems documentation, which were also recognized by Sichuan Three Gorges Co. Ltd Management Experts. Issuing Office worked around clock to print out the first batch of management systems documentation, which ensured that management systems documentation training was on time. At the same time, we also got help from Sichuan Huawei Quality Authentication Consultant Co. Ltd, and technical support from Mr. Zhang Jian Ji as well.
