President Zhao Declared That EDRI Will Execute “Fei Yue” Plan

7^th July 2005 10:00 AM, all EDRI middle leaders gathered at net meeting, president Zhao sumerized the working condition of first half year of 2005. President Zhao said, opportunity and conditions are ready, EDRI will completely execute “Fei Yue” plan from second half year of 2005, the execution of “Fei Yue” plan will bring EDRI among rank of famous institutions, President Zhao detailled the content, execution way, steps and process of “Fei Yue” plan.

All members of EDRI middle management team are inspired by President Zhao’s “Fei Yue” plan, expressed the desire of grasping the golden opportunity of three years anniversary, utilizing the chance of system change, push forward EDRI’s development to a new century.
