On 29th, July, 2005, at EDRI Chengdu head office, president Zhao announced that 2005 EDRI management summit will be ceremoniously held at Wuxi from 25th August to 27th August, Mr. Yang (general manager of CEC, also acted as secretary of CEC branch of Communist Party) will present the meeting despite he is fully engaged, Mr. Yang will made an important speech. President Zhao said: this summit meeting is a summarized meeting which is held at midyear, this meeting is also a strategic development meeting, the theme of this meeting is to summarize experience, adjust stratagem, grasp opportunity, speed up development, fully implement Fei Yue Plan.
