The Essence of 2nd CEC Task Session of 2005 Transmitted Rapidly Through EDRI

AT 8:30 am of July 29 of 2005, Mr. Zhao Zhenyuan, the
Chairman, president and party secretary of EDRI, who just came back from
Beijing late at night of July 28, presided 36th president working
meeting, transmitted rapidly the essence of 2nd CEC task session
of 2005. The standing vice president and vice party secretary Chen Xiaohua,

president He Ping, General Engineer Yao Wei, presiding majordomo Feng
Xiaokang, technology majordomo Zheng Bingxiao, Marketing majordomo Wang Meng,
construction supervision majordomo Gan Yao, director of president office Cai
Lihong, director of Party office Pu Shali, and manager of financial
department Tang Liming attended the meeting. Vice president Liu Shengchun
and vice president Wang Jiansheng attended the meeting also through phone
call.
President Zhao transmitted the essence of REFORM, RE-SYSTEMATIZE , INNOVATE AND DEVELOP ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY OF CHINA reported by CEC general manager Mr. Yang, UNIFY CONITION, CARRY OUT REQUIREMENT, PROMOTE THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PLATFORMS reported by vice general manager Tong Bao An, the speech made by vice general manager Liu Xuehong, and speech made by vice minister of Information Industry Lou Qinjian. Mr. Zhao made the following moments on how to carry out the essence of 2nd CEC task session of 2005:
1. The keynote address made by general manager Mr. Yang was very important, which was strategic, foreseeing, instructive and guidable. Mr. Yang described a splendid grand prospect of the development of CEC, and built enough platforms, provided wide space for development, which encouraged us extremely.
2. It was definitely indispensable for the conformity of Great Wall and Nanjing enterprise by CEC. This conformity will abundant CEC¡¯s resources, enlarge CEC¡¯s strengthen, integrate CEC¡¯s industrial chain, breed and form the key competitiveness of CEC, make CEC as national level team.
3. The construction of two platforms is very important, which is the significant sign of modernization of management. We shall prepare actively and try our best to accomplish earlier the construction of two platforms.
4. The most important thing to carry out the essence of 2nd CEC task session of 2005 is to fulfil works of the latter half year seriously, carry out each target into action. Currently, the most important thing is to get some key projects before summit in late August, as present to the summit.
5. We shall grasp the good tend of IC development, with our diligence, wisdom, and accumulated intellectual asset, to make big prosperity in the new round of development opportunity.
