On the morning of January 14, 2009, President Zhao received Comrade Cao Guang, chairman and party secretary of Chengda Engineering Company, new general manager Liu Yiheng, marketing director Zhao Xiaowu at the headquarters. President Zhao congratulated General Cao and Mr. Liu on their new roles.
